**All sales are final, No Refunds or Returns**

1.) No changes to orders once placed. If you ordered one thing, and changed your mind after the fact, your order can not be changed to something else.

2.) All custom made orders are final sale and non refundable, since they are unique to you, and can not be resold.

3.) Pictures of how earrings look on, are visual examples.

4.) If the visual display earrings are sold, new earring hooks or stud earring components are added prior to shipment. If a stud is glued to a pair of earrings, it is sanitized.

5.) All earrings and other accessories are made to order.
